The Verde 11 Complex spans 2.2 hectares and comprises a total of 331 functionally designed apartments, 16 multi-purpose commercial spaces, and 451 garage spaces.

All apartments are designed to the highest quality standards. The floors of common areas and commercial spaces are covered with granite ceramics, while the floors in the residential areas are made of oak parquet or floor ceramics. The windows and balcony doors are made of aluminum profiles with thermal blinds, and the interior joinery is made of wood. The complex has central gas heating and continuous hot water.

Accessibility and functionality

Pedestrian access to the buildings and the parcel is possible from all four sides, while vehicle access is possible from the south side via the newly planned access road. The garages are accessed via two-way ramps with direct access to the building by elevator.
